On Friday, I got information about a warehouse release, so I took a chance and went to a liquor store.

I got it for the first time this year and almost got a different sake rice 😋.
I got it early this season😍.
I can't keep Misato Nishiki in a bottle, so I'll have some right away 😋.
The aroma is... more mature this season ⁉️
Or it's still young ⁉️
The aroma of the previous Miso Nishiki was so strong that it was a bit surprising😅.
The taste also feels a bit mature 🤣.
It still feels far away from the fruity and full of delicious sweetness of the previous one 😩.
Maybe I should have let it sit longer...
I'll have to partition it off in the local fridge💦.
