This sake is carefully brewed with 50% polished Yamada-Nishiki from Tojo's special A district. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma with no hint of nastiness, a soft sweetness, and a nice acidic sharpness on the back end. It has all the qualities needed as a food sake.
