I haven't had Fukuju for a long time. I used to buy it at the brewery when I was transferred to the Kansai area. It brings back memories.
This sake was served at the Nobel Prize ceremony.
The blue label is a ginjo, so I usually drank the regular green junmai.
Today is the second day after opening the bottle, and the chemical smell of the first day is gone, but today it is very clear.
Fukuju is still delicious. I think it is exceptional among Nada's sake.
I also want to eat good food in Kansai.
Today I will have it with tuna.
