Tonight, #Wakamusume Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake from #Shintani Shuzo in Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, was served warm. Surprisingly dry and tight. As the label on the back says, it was made in December 2016, but I was able to get it at a reasonable price.
Not much color, but it has the sweetness and sourness that I like, with a sense of maturity.
It's a bottle and I will enjoy it cold or warmed for a long time 😊.

I think this is sake before the current brewery 😮I think it's very rare 😂‼️ wakamusume is good even after aging 😍.

I checked and it looks like it was made before the current system of the brewery 😊It is very retro from the logo on the label.
It was stored well in a certain liquor store's refrigerator, so it has not deteriorated.
