Very tasty! It is not so impressive, but I think it was easy to drink with few peculiarities.
It has a light taste because it is a honjozo (pure brew).
It is light and refreshing, so it went well with gurukun nanban.
The Taiseki Brewery is said to be a brewery that makes distilled spirits for the U.S. military.
It is sweet without acidity and easy to drink. There might have been a little bit of astringency.
