Recently, I have been experiencing palpitations in my chest in the evening of the day after drinking a little too much alcohol.
I hope it's just from fatigue 😓.
What if it's an irregular heartbeat 😭
Well, yesterday I opened my first bottle of Hioki Sakura 👌.
I've thought about buying it a few times, but just looking at the label, I thought it was too advanced for me😅.
When I was looking at it in the store, the clerk told me that Hiokizakura is mostly fire-aged, but this is one of the few raw sake, so I took the plunge and bought it to make up for the hole: ❗️
I would never buy a sake with a sake strength of +10.7 😅.
I looked at the label and took a sip...ohhhh ❣️ fruity ‼️
It's very nice on the palate👌.
But 17 degrees of Nama sake is not a feat.
I can feel a lot of alcohol.
I don't really know what dry sake is, but this is a sake that is not sweet.
In other words, it is a sake that does not interfere with food at all 😓.
It's the kind of sake that would go well with any Japanese food.
If only it were stronger physically 😢.

Good evening, 3KAN4ON!
I'm intrigued by your crisp and fruity drink, I haven't had one recently 😁.
I'm worried about your health 😨 Why don't you have a checkup? Please take care of yourself 😌.

Good evening, Pon-chan.
I love sweet and tasty sake, and it's a bit tough for my childish tongue 👅, but I think it goes great with sashimi for strong people.
The palpitations in my chest may be due to the alcohol or the fact that I gained weight due to my inadequate lifestyle 😭
