Hououmida RESERVE ORDERS Aikoku Junmai Ginjo, bottle warmed.
I was attracted by the use of Aikoku, so I bought it. I looked at it carefully and saw "RESERVE ORDERS" written on the bottle, which gave it a kind of premium feeling.
It is served cold.
The color is clear and almost colorless.
The nose has a strong aroma of white peaches and green apples.
The mouthfeel is smooth with no clinging.
The taste is very clear with elegant acidity and fresh fruit sweetness reminiscent of peaches and green apples that gushes out on the tongue. The finish has a pungent pungency and a faint astringency that stimulates the tip of the tongue with a lingering minerality.
When opened, the wine was quite good with fruitiness. I got the impression that after a little time it started to lose some of it.
Oh, this is also delicious!
I love Tochigi with my patriotic Houou Mita 🤗💞💞.
