酒フクロウ
It is fermented with Hakuto yeast, which makes it an unusual sake with a sour taste. However, at only 8.5%, it is not a sake. Even those who do not like sake can enjoy it.
It is described as a good aperitif, so it might be positioned as such a drink. It is better than sake that interferes with food, and I liked it a lot! It also tastes better chilled.
