The seventh glass was Sawaya Matsumoto, which I had not had since I drank "Moribaha-ri Usu Nigori" a long time ago.
It has a refreshing, clear and fresh taste with a slight carbonation. It has a light, soft, light and pungent taste.
It has a clear and crisp taste. It is refreshing and not too assertive, so it is an all-around delicious wine that can be easily reset or tuned in to your taste buds!
It is just like Rikisui.
I would like to revisit Kyoto as I haven't been to enough of the city...!
