Even though it is super dry, you can fully feel the rich flavor of the rice. In the lower temperature range, the crispness stands out, and you can drink it easily without getting tired of it. As the temperature gradually approaches room temperature, the powerful spiciness of this sake and the richness and umami characteristic of junmai-shu become stronger. It is a sake that shows various expressions depending on the temperature according to your preference. Banshu Ikken's summer sake, which boasts an overwhelmingly good cost performance, is dry, refreshing, and full of umami. Rice used: Hyogo Kitanishiki, Polishing: 60%.
