After 5 or 6 times of struggling to open and close the screw cap, the bottle was finally opened💦.
This is the most vibrant nigori I've had so far this year 💃.
The aroma is not as strong as the Ginhai I just had⁉🙄🙄.
Now for the taste...
It has a strong sense of effervescence 🫧🫧😍, but while I can enjoy the unique nigori taste, the individual impact is a little less 🤔.
It's not a particularly acidic type, so you can't deny the monotonous feeling 😟.
I think the original flavor will be more apparent when the gas subsides a little 🤔.
I'll observe for a few days ☝️
P.S.
After 2 days, the gas is gone and I can taste the delicate flavor.
