Aikoku drinking comparison, followed by Houou Mita!
The aroma is more subdued than Sengoku. The aroma is more subdued than that of Senkou, with only a hint of fruity flavor.
On the other hand, Hououmida has a thicker core. It has a mellow flavor, a graininess, and a slightly classic atmosphere.
Although they are made from the same sake rice, the impression is almost the exact opposite.
Personally, I was a little surprised that Hououmida brought a more dry and mellow taste.
Nevertheless, both are delicious!
I hope this is the start of many other collaborations.

Good evening, Ryosuke 😃.
I'm so glad to see you here! This collaboration was a surprise 🫢 but also a delight 🤗It was a big-boned Bida as you said, but we liked the taste 😙.
And you are right that both are delicious!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
It's nice and fun to collaborate using the same sake rice and clearly see the differences in the brewery's production: ✨️
