Kamo Nishiki Lipi! Delicious sake from Niigata!
The ultimate form of sake that makes you drink more and more... I'm careful not to open a 4-unit bottle in one day... but it was opened in plenty of time 🤣 even though it's 15 degrees!
Koshitanrei is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, a rice used for Daiginjo, and seems to be a good match for Kamo Nishiki, which is based on Junmai Daiginjo.
When poured, it has a clear light body!

The taste is light, but the sweet and sour carbonation makes it delicious and easy to drink!
