Took a detour on the way home from a potato stew party in Yamagata and bought this 💰.
This is my second special junmai! It's been a long time since I've had it.
Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊.
Personally, I have an image of well-balanced taste 🤔.
There is no noticeable fruity taste, but the acidity-umami-sweetness is well balanced 😌 delicious 😋.
Not dry, but not umami either.
It has a robust and drinkable taste. ☺️
