Rice used: Momota Rice polishing ratio: 45 Alcohol percentage: 16 Sake degree: -2 Acidity: 1.5 Hey, weren't you drinking Tazake yesterday? Didn't you drink some Tasake yesterday? Yes, it is rare that we have a lot of Tasake in the house now! Next is a Junmai Daiginjo, which I wouldn't normally buy! It's only because it's in cans that even I can get my hands on it. Now then, let's get to it! Sweet and refreshing aroma like Japanese pear, gorgeous and good. I like the slightly sweet brewing water as usual. The hint of pear aroma is the best. Perhaps due to the rice polishing ratio, the flavor is not too broad, but it is refined and nicely integrated. The juicy sweetness is slightly sharp and disappears before you know it. Is this the best Junmai Daiginjo you can drink in a can? Thank you again for this evening!
