Second bottle this season. Another bottle is sitting in the fridge.
It's by reservation only, and they bottle only what they reserve. My colleague bought it for me.
It is as active as ever and almost blows up all at once before opening the bottle (the first one).
Last time I struggled with it for about 30 minutes, but this time it took less than 10 minutes to open the bottle (4th picture).
The aroma is not strong, but the texture is banana juice.
It pops in the mouth and sloshes down the throat. It's like a rough yogurt 😄.
It is still a fun sake.
