Many of Kitayasu Brewing's sakes are sweet.
That's why I, a dry sake lover, tend to shy away from them.
But I was drawn to the name "Iyari," which means "Iyari Marsh.
Iyari-ri is the Iyari Marsh.
The water from Iyari-ri is used as tap water in some areas of Omachi City.
The water is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. Like white wine.
The disk is thick and the jamb is strong. There are suspended solids.
Yellow peach aroma, fruity.
Mouth-filling attack. Tropical flavor.
Not unpleasant sweetness, but broad, deep, and delicious.
It is delicious.
The second cup. What about the impression I had just had? It's good, but...
It's a waste, but I'll try heating it up. It's good, too.
