The aroma does not stand up.
When you drink it, it has a middle rice flavor with a slightly fruity feeling.
Bitter and spicy at the same time.
It is well-balanced and delicious.
But for a sake with the image of a "cosy" sake, it is not so cosy and has no surprises.
It is not so surprising and is a bit of a letdown for a sake with an image of a cosy sake.
