I found Kaze no Mori.
The bottle was opened with a bang.
A white haze of carbon dioxide gas rises, raising expectations.
When I drank it, the gas was as refreshing as rumored,
The balance of acidity is exquisite, and there is not much sweetness,
It is dry and refreshing,
It is truly delicious and one of my personal favorites.
It does not interfere with food and can be drunk on its own.
It is a good quality sake at a good price,
It is a good sake.
