Slightly yellowish in appearance. It smells more like bitterness than ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a pleasant sourness followed by the taste of apples. The taste is full of sweet and sour rice flavor. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. This is definitely a sweet sake.
