Today is my favorite work, Aizan 2025, after a long time.
It is my day off from work after the consecutive holidays, so I will enjoy it slowly.
I served sashimi and yakitori (grilled chicken) with a 6-piece set.
When I open the bottle, the fruity aroma spreads.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes and it finishes with sourness.
When paired with tuna, the sweetness is enhanced, and when paired with kashira, the acidity takes precedence.
It is a delicious sake that changes its flavor depending on the type of accompaniment.
