Fusano Kankikuうすにごり無濾過生原酒
michi
Sake purchased at Mochizuki Shoten
I rushed to Mochizuki Shoten to see if they had any Kangiku in stock, which I had been wanting to drink for some time.
It was still there, safe and sound.
Although the bottle had been warned against opening, the gaseous sensation was not that strong.
The aroma was of rice.
The taste has the sweetness of rice, moderate acidity, and a crisp aftertaste, making it very easy to drink.
It would go well with hot pot.
It is a sake that is easy to drink.
Be careful not to drink too much.
I would like to buy Kangiku again!
