First time, Aru Soe Genmai 🎉.
All of the Genmai I've had so far have been junmai, and they all tasted similar in their own way, but this bottle with aluzome is clearly different 😊.
The ripe fruit sweetness that is typical of Genmai is subdued, and the taste is rather refreshing.
It has a bitter aftertaste.
The aroma is somewhat nutty.
I felt the depth of nostalgia that this kind of expression is also possible 👍.
