Junmai-nama sake with a lightly mellow taste This sake is made from 60% polished "Hachitanishiki", the best rice for sake brewing in Hiroshima prefecture. This Junmai-nama-shu is packed with a light nigori flavor with a touch of residue. The aroma is clean and gentle. When you taste it, the acidity is low and it is mild for a moment. You can feel the richness of the rice flavor in the sharp taste. The aroma that passes through the nose is like a Japanese pear with a sense of freshness. Even though there is a residue, the sharpness is very good and it leaves a quiet aftertaste.
