Well, I walked again today 🚶😆 and I opened this one 💁.
The color is cloudy and gassy, like calpis. Be careful to open the bottle ⚠️ it was moderately tough 😅
The aroma is soft and lactic acidic. If I had to say, I would say it was like pickles.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a gaseous feeling, a richness like doburoku, a fermented acidity that reminds you of clear lactic acid bacteria, and a delicious flavor, with a hint of bitterness at the end.
With grilled chicken and tomato cheese. The chicken and cheese flavor and the sourness of the tomatoes combine with the richness and sourness of this sake to create a mellow taste. It's different from the sake I usually drink, but I personally find it interesting and I like the taste 👍.
