CosIt has been a while since I encountered a sake that is right in the middle of my tastes.
I think it is a well-known sake, though.
It is dry and refreshing. I enjoy it with Aomori senbei soup and sashimi. It is a sake that you can drink forever.
It seems to go well with a wide variety of dishes.
