The aroma is sweet like custard cream! 🥰.
Mouthfeel sweet and acidity firm! (a taste that is easily felt in modern sake with a modern sake brewing system) but not heavy at all, elegant and clean aftertaste! 👍(also influenced by a slight gassy feeling?)
It's rare to find a sake that makes the sake go this far! 😍😍
