チャンイトウ
Yamae Nishiki, Kaifuu!
Produced in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. They said it will be their main rice from now on.
Compared to Hitogokochi, it feels more carbonated (not the same as soda. Please use other words than "carbonated"). You can feel the energy of Nagano.
Like muscat? Oh, it's good. Good sake! I became a fan of Shinshu cleanliness. I liked the terraced rice fields of Inakura, too.

Is it more gassy or less gassy there? (LOL)
Shinshu Kamerei is really tasty, but since last fall, you can't buy it at all, so be careful!
