Nabeshima" is one of the most exciting spring sake we have acquired.
Akagisan" is the last boss of spring sake, so we opened this bottle as a prelude to that.
When we opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was of muscat and green apples.
The mouthfeel is smooth and silky. It has a pure sweetness that comes out from the minerality. However, the sweetness is not all-encompassing, but the full-bodied rice flavor and the astringent flow of astringency that brings the sweetness and umami together is a beautiful taste ✨.
The aroma is bright with a bit of gas, and the fragrance is gorgeous, like a flower garden. It is comfortable to drink, and the sake cup goes down unintentionally!
Just as brilliant and delicious as the label 🤤.
I'm going to enjoy it while thinking that I need to clean the flower petals on the balcony...!
