Sake bought in Kyoto and enjoyed in Gifu!
It has a slightly different texture on the tongue!
You can feel the umami on the palate, but it doesn't stay on the tongue, it seems to go straight down the throat!
This is the essence of sake rice "Celebration", isn't it?
I tend to think that sake made by major breweries is just cheap and tasteless, but I guess they must be working hard every day!
I thought it was a very tasty sake 🍶.
