This sake is made from Yamadanishiki grown in our own rice fields in Kurodano-sho.
It has a mild muscat-like heady aroma, a gentle sweetness with a hint of gas, a clear acidity, and a firm bitterness that finishes nicely.
We enjoyed it with bara-chirashi for the Hinamatsuri (Girls' Festival), a delight at this time of the year every year.
