The rice used is Yume Issho rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Dry nigori sake is becoming more and more common these days.
I am very happy to see that.
I don't always want to drink it, but I periodically want to taste its unique mouthfeel and acidity.
This sake is light for a nigori, with a hint of sweetness.
It was a delicious sake that lived up to its naming. ‼️
