This was my first time to try Hana-no-Rusu's sake, and I tasted two kinds at the brewery.
The one we purchased was a limited-edition, unblended sake from the brewery.
Both of them had the same sourness from the front, and from the aroma to the lingering taste, I couldn't get rid of it and thought it was stinky.
I guess there are different tastes, but for me it was not a delicious sake.
