Following the Kaze no Mori I mentioned earlier, a new sake from my favorite sake brewery, Saku.
I opened the 2024 bottle, the same as last year.
It does not have the carbonation of the previous Kaze no Mori, but it has a fruity aroma and a spiciness from the sweetness.
However, the fruity aroma and the spiciness from the sweetness are perfect.
I think the best way to end the year is with sake while watching Kohaku (red and white rice).
It is the best way to end the year.
