We had a bottle of Kamikawa Taisetsu Tokachi Junmai Ginjo.
In the past, I have had sake from Hokkaido, such as Kokushi Musou, but this is the first time I have been to Hokkaido since I started Sake-no-wa✌.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of sourness.
In the mouth, you can smell young muscat and grapefruit on the nose, while the moderate sweetness and strong acidity spread out, and the slight bitterness that appears in the last part of the bottle finishes off nicely.

The aroma is more pronounced in the mouth 😊I personally think it is very tasty.
But overall, it has a Shinsei-like feel to it 😊.
I wonder if this is a recent trend.
