The aroma is gorgeous
Like a ripe melon, fruity and richly sweet
The taste is not as sweet as one would expect, but has a deep umami flavor with great depth and fullness.
The taste is full and clean, with no bitterness at all.
Delicious!
Slightly sweet but with a strong umami, it is easy to pair with a meal.
A much better sake than expected!
