Inspired by Brooklyn kura in New York, they challenged the use of U.S. rice with Senbou, and made this junmai sake (80% Karuros rice, 20% Yamadanishiki). It's 60% polished and 15% allspice.
The taste of the rice is the usual delicious Mimurosugi taste. It has a strong flavor and a clear throat. Great stability! I think drinking U.S. rice liquor is a good story.
