This Hokkaido sake has a more robust flavor than the refreshing summer sake of recent years. The label is plain, but it is delicious. It can be served with food, with a glass of wine with dinner, or with anything else.
Thanks to global warming, rice is being grown in areas closer to Hokkaido, making it possible to produce delicious sake.
