Taste-wise, there is an impression of rich sweetness, acidity, and sourness. A grape-like sweetness might fit the impression. There is also a sense of rice. The fruity taste is a bit different from the impression of Omine, which usually has a refreshing sweetness and acidity.
It is delicious even when served cold, but if you raise the temperature a little, the impression will change. In any case, it was a delicious sake.
