A white vapor came down from the bottle with a psshhhh sound.
The aroma was fresh and muscat-like, and the taste was light and refreshing.
Although there was a bit of bitterness, the taste was sharp and dry.
It would probably go well with sashimi.
It is a delicious sake 🍶.
