GANO
Junmai Ginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
It is made with wine yeast, which is rare, so I bought it.
The aroma is fruity, but the aftertaste is a bit harsh.
Personally, I didn't feel the white wine-like taste on the label...
When I drank it while eating an apple, it matched reasonably well, so it might go well with an after-dinner dessert.
