Drink cold
Colorless, clear and weak
Firm ginjo aroma
Full-bodied with a sense of weight on the palate.
It does not give the impression of being aged at all.
After a while, the taste wears off quickly.
The dryness is weak.
I don't like the taste of sake after the fall season because it gives the impression of aging, but this sake has no such impression, only pure umami.
Warm it up to lukewarm.
The taste spreads further and is very good.
The taste does not become blurred even if it is heated up.
