A ta ta ta!!!!
.
This is the first brew from Japan's newest brewery, Kamikawa Daisetsu Shuzo, and is the first brew from Hekunzura.
.
It's a sake from Obihiro and Tokachi (important).
.
I immediately went to several liquor stores and couldn't find it, but the local supermarket sold it, so I bent the policy and bought it.
(I usually only buy them at the liquor store as a show of support.)
Before I drank it, I thought it was a Junmai sake.
The sake made in Midorigaoka brewery was special Junmai, so this was unexpected. Also, the stopper is different. It's not a screw stopper, but it's called a cap.
The aroma and taste are both banana-like. I don't have any negative impressions at all because it's a junmai sake, maybe it's just because I was expecting it.
.
The usual Kamikawa Taisetsu is so-so pricey that it's hard to get a hold of it, but this one is 1,200 yen!
.
It's a great price for a poor man. lol
