Drink it cold.
Slightly yellowish and cloudy.
It has a profound aroma similar to that of a matured wine.
In the mouth, the full flavor of rice spreads.
The dryness of the taste is immediately apparent.
The lingering aftertaste is medium and leaves a slight impression of richness in the mouth.
It goes much better with oden, which has the taste of soup stock, than sashimi with soy sauce.
Lukewarm heating intensifies the dryness.
When heated, it tastes fuller but less dry.
When it is cooled down, the dryness is lessened.

The aroma becomes very mild.
The dryness remains the same, but the taste is less broad in the mouth.
