I'm getting addicted to Nigori from Senkou's Arabashiri.
Today is Tenmei no.2. It looks delicious.
First, let's start with the supernatant.
It has a slight whitish tinge, but is almost clear. The aroma is mild.
It is sweet. When you roll it around on your tongue, the bitterness, fizziness, and flavor rush in, but the aftertaste is clean. It's a little heavy, but it's delicious😋.
This is the first time I've had this beer. It's a bit richer, but not overly so.
This is a great way to start the day.
I'm not sure if it's the same or not.
