Three kinds of sake today.
Today's hybrid with wine, according to the tastes of the gathered friends. The restaurant skillfully guided us to the right accompaniments. We were allowed to drink while eating the duck tataki, although it is not shown in the picture because we had already eaten all of it. It was a moment when I felt the restaurant's attention to detail in making a strong statement without losing the richness of the duck's flavor. We were very satisfied.
