Slight green apple and grape-like top notes
The same soft aroma, gentle sweetness and umami as the topping, spreads with a firm grapefruit-like acidity, and then quickly quiets down while leaving a lingering sweetness and acidity.
It is more like a wine, with little sake flavor, but it is elegant and beautiful. It is delicious on its own, but can also be served with seafood.
It went well with simmered abalone and sashimi.
