としひこ
This is the third restaurant at Sushi Matsumoto. In contrast to the past, Hana Yuu is full of flavor and sweetness. This sake is brewed in Akita under the supervision of Jyushiyo's Takagi Sake Brewery.
Like Jyushiyo, Hana Yuu is delicious no matter what you drink it with, but as a food sake, it is not so subtle. But this one is relatively good. It is definitely good as a stand-alone sake.
