Today we took the limited express from Ikebukuro to the new sake festival at Igarashi Sake Brewery in Hanno. Chichibu Nishiki is a flying drink on the way there. I'm not going to Chichibu today.
Aroma of rice with a refreshing taste. Oh, it's wonderfully delicious. I feel the sake brewery has good taste in bringing special junmai instead of honjozo in a cup can for this kind of tourism. The rice flavor and soft sweetness. It has a nice crispness that flows smoothly. This is delicious. I want to visit Chichibu, too.
