Hasegawa Sake Shop I wanted to drink Sawaya Matsumoto because I was attracted by the word "Limited".
I think it said something like "There is no skill better than raw materials".
It was 15 degrees Celsius, and it was fairly gassy, but not fruity, probably more on the dry side.
A delicious sake that would definitely go well with Kyoto cuisine.
I have an image that I don't like dry sake, but I really like this one!
